Who we are

Bellapuppies NYC sells thoughtfully raised puppies and runs puppy experiences across New York and New Jersey, including B.E.S.T. Wellness Studio at 55 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601. This policy covers bellapuppies.com and every page on it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. That is:

• Contact details you type into a form on this site: your name and phone number, and your email address if you send us one.
• What you are looking for: breed, colour, whether you want a male or female, your budget, where you are located, how soon you want a puppy, and anything you write in the message box.
• Messages you send us by text, email or phone, and our replies.
• Basic technical information your browser sends to any website, such as your device type and approximate region. We do not use this to identify you.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers through this website.

Why we use it

To answer you, to help you find the right puppy, to book and confirm classes and events, and to keep in touch about things you asked us about. That is the whole list. We do not build profiles on people and we do not buy contact lists.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to let us text you about your enquiry and your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us replying by phone or email.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone else for their marketing or promotional purposes. Ever.

Who else touches your information

We use a small number of service providers to actually run the business. They are allowed to handle your information only to do the job we hired them for:

• LeadConnector / HighLevel, which powers our contact forms, our text and email messaging, and our customer records.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Google, for the map embed, the web fonts and our Google Business Profile reviews.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. The only other time we would share it is if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can help if you come back or if a question comes up about a puppy we placed. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. There is no form and no process to it. Email [email protected] or call (646) 722-6772 and we will sort it out.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not follow you around the internet. Embedded Google components, such as the map and the fonts, may set their own cookies under Google's policies. Your browser settings control those.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Anything significant, we will say so plainly rather than burying it.
